PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink ribbon cassette in which it is more difficult to draw out a used ink ribbon from a winding side cover part covering approximately entire of the ink ribbon wound on a winding roll in a state where the cassette is removed off from a main body part of a printing device.SOLUTION: An ink ribbon cassette 26 comprises: a winding roll 5; and a case body 36 having a cover part 37b which covers approximately entire of an ink ribbon 3 wound on the winding roll 5. In a case where a direction in which the ink ribbon 3 is drawn from the cover part 37b is defined as a ribbon rewinding direction, the ink ribbon cassette 26 comprises: a rotation preventing mechanism 46 which is arranged on the winding roll 5 at its end in an axis direction and at least prevents rotation of the winding roll 5 in the ribbon rewinding direction; a rotation preventing mechanism 47 which is arranged on the winding roll 5 at its another end in the axis direction and at least prevents rotation of the winding roll 5 in the ribbon rewinding direction; and an energizing member 44 engaging the winding roll 5 to one end side in its axis direction.
