PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared-absorbing resin composition capable of providing a near-infrared-absorbing film excellent in terms of absorbance and haze-specific heat resistance and a near-infrared-absorbing film prepared by using the same.SOLUTION: The provided near-infrared-absorbing resin composition is a near-infrared-absorbing resin composition obtained by dispersing a near-infrared absorber within polymerizable binders consisting of two or more types of compounds wherein at least one type of the polymerizable binders is a compound possessing a hydroxyl group and an ethylenic unsaturated group and expressed by any of general formulae (1) through (3); a near-infrared-absorbing film prepared by using the same is also provided.
