<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a gridiron which can suppress unevenness in baking food material irrespective of the shape of the food material.SOLUTION: A gridiron 500 includes a rectangle frame member 100 formed in a frame shape, a bearing member 200 which is disposed so as to cover the region inside a frame of the frame member 100, has an elastic modulus smaller than that of the frame member 100, and in which a plurality of openings 210 are formed. The frame member 100 has a plurality of engaging parts 110 formed along the frame of the frame member 100. The bearing member 200 is formed of a piece of wire hooked and knitted into the plurality of the engaging parts 110. By this way, the bearing member 200 is, when the food material is placed thereon, deformed in accordance with the shape of the food material, and thus the food material as a whole is baked in contact with the bearing member 200. As a result, as the food material as a whole can be baked uniformly, the unevenness in baking the food material can be suppressed.</p> |
