摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for quick formation of an electrode which can be connected electrically to a first metal foil, without performing chemical treatment for removing an oxide film, in a method for manufacturing a metal foil laminate.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a metal foil laminate including a substrate, a first metal foil, and a second metal foil comprises: a first laminate formation step S11 for forming a first laminate by fixing a first metal foil onto a substrate; an electrostatic attraction step S12 for generating an electrostatic attraction force distribution, for holding an electrode formation member including a second metal foil in a positional relationship corresponding to the arrangement pattern of electrode, on the surface of an electrostatic attraction stage, and attracting the electrode formation member to the surface of the electrostatic attraction stage; a second laminate formation step S13 for forming a second laminate by transferring the electrode formation member thus attracted onto the first metal foil with a conductive adhesive interposed therebetween; and a press bonding step S14 for bonding the first and second metal foils while interconnecting electrically, by hardening the conductive adhesive.</p>
