PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uninterruptible power supply apparatus which can extend power supply time as much as possible without increasing the capacity of a storage battery, a control device used for the same, a computer program, and an uninterruptible power supply system.SOLUTION: An uninterruptible power supply apparatus 10 which is connected to load devices 2A-2D to which power by external commercial power source is supplied has a function to supply power to a load device 2 instead of the commercial power source if the commercial power source is abnormal. The uninterruptible power supply apparatus 10 has: a storage battery 11 in which power for supplying power to the load device 2 instead of the commercial power source is stored; and a control section 15 which controls to execute or stop power supply of the storage battery 11 to the load devices 2A-2D respectively, on the basis of the priority of power supply in an abnormal mode which is set for the load devices 2A-2D respectively, when power is supplied by the power of the storage battery 11 instead of the commercial power source, if the commercial power source is abnormal.
