<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve weight saving, cost reduction and improvement of boarding easiness by reduction of a frame height of a high place work base which is equipped with wheels vertically moving with vertical movement of a deck.SOLUTION: In a high place work base 1 comprising a frame 10, a deck 20 for vertically moving the frame 10, and a scissors link mechanism 30 for vertically moving the deck 20, a front wheel 38 and a rear wheel 39 are attached to a first arm 351 and a second arm 361 which constitute X-shaped links (31a, 31b) on the bottom of the scissors link mechanism 30. By oscillations of the first and second arms 351, 361 with vertical movement of the deck 20, the front wheel 38 and the rear wheel 39 are projected downwards further than the bottom edge of the frame 10 when the deck 20 is positioned at the lowest end position, and further, the front wheel 38 and the rear wheel 39 are disposed above the position of the bottom end of the frame 10 when the deck 20 is lifted higher than a predetermined height.</p> |
