The present invention provides a gas hydrate cooling apparatus comprising a cooling chamber for cooling hydrate slurry including moisture and gas hydrate to a predetermined temperature or lower; a shaft installed inside the cooling chamber and rotating by receiving power from outside; and a plurality of eccentric rollers eccentrically combined with the shaft, formed to have different phases, crushing ice, which is formed by cooling the moisture, and the gas hydrate, and transferring the crushed ice and the gas hydrate. |
