摘要 The present invention relates to phosphate laser glass doped with Nd (and/or doped with Yb and/or doped with Er) having shorter peak emission wavelength than 1054 nm. Cerium oxide (CeO_2) is mixed, preferably, replaced with lanthanum oxide, in a phosphate glass host system to shift the peak emission wavelength to shorter wavelength than 1054 nm. In addition, the present invention relates to a laser system using hybrid glass alignment and phase compensation. Here, a laser system in which one of the glasses of the hybrid glass system is phosphate laser glass doped with Nd (and/or doped with Yb and/or doped with Er) having shorter peak emission wavelength than 1054 nm, and a method of generating laser beam pulse using the laser system are provided in the present invention.
