PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume releasing composition allowing suppression of perfume volatilization when stored at room temperature in spite of high perfume content, aroma volatilization when used, for example, after heating, and also no change in fragrance tone after long-term storage.SOLUTION: A perfume releasing composition having a α-gel structure contains (A) a nonionic surfactant, (B) a higher alcohol having a carbon number of 8 to 30, (C) a perfume and (D) water, where in the composition, (C) component is 5 mass% or more, the mass ratio of (B) component/(C) component is 0.1 to 5, and the melting-point as obtained by a differential scanning calorimeter is 40 to 60°C. |
