PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instruction input device using motion of pupils with lower error rate than a method of detecting a spot on a screen indicated by eyes of a user, and to provide an instruction input method.SOLUTION: An instruction input device using motion of pupils includes: an information storage part 10 which stores an instruction corresponding to frequency of each object; a display part 20 which displays the objects on a screen so as to move the objects with the frequency; a pupil position detection part 30 which detects positions of pupils of a user for each time zone; a frequency detection part 40 which detects frequency on the basis of the time-zone-based user pupil position detected by the pupil position detection part; and a control part 50 which recognizes an instruction corresponding to the frequency detected by the frequency detection part, on the basis of the instruction corresponding to each frequency stored in the information storage part. |
