PURPOSE: A trailer towing apparatus mounted on the lower part of a rear side bumper is provided to prevent performance degradation of a bumper by safely installing a ball mount connection unit on the lower part of the outside of the bumper without damaging the rear side bumper of a car. CONSTITUTION: A trailer towing apparatus mounted on the lower part of a rear side bumper comprises a ball mount unit (2), a safety device unit, a ball mount connection unit, a C-shaped frame (8), and a mounting unit (10). The safety device unit is mounted on the front surface of the C-shaped frame and the outside of the ball mount connection unit. The ball mount connection unit is equipped with a reinforcement unit on the front side of the outside. The C-shaped frame supports the ball mount connection unit.
