PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an operation control technology for improving an operation ratio of a pump cycle to an air conditioner in which a compression cycle and the pump cycle can be changed over.SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not an indoor unit blowing-out temperature (Tb) is kept in a range starting from a lower limit threshold temperature (Tz) to a specified range (Tz+α≥Tb≥Tz-α) (S104). In the case that Tb>Tz+α is kept, the number of rotation of an outdoor unit fan is increased in a stepwise manner up to the maximum value in order to increase a bearing of load through a pump cycle operation of an air conditioner 1 as high as possible (S105). In addition, in the case of Tb<Tz-α, the number of rotation of the fan is decreased in a stepwise manner down to the value in order to avoid a state (over-cooling) in which an indoor temperature is excessively decreased (S107). |
