PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order control system and the like that reduce a load required for filtering while satisfying a constraint in applying a filter definition.SOLUTION: An order control system 1 comprises: a storage unit 4 that stores information on an order of a plurality of nodes; a conversion unit 2 that, concerning restriction in an order of applying filters for narrowing down messages, associates a filter to be applied earlier with a child node, and associates a filter to be applied later with a parent node, thereby converting the respective nodes into a tree structure; and an ordering unit 3 that calculates an application order of the filters when depth-first search is performed on the tree structure. |
