PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of detecting a temperature of a magnet 21 buried in a rotor 20 with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A motor comprises: a stator 25 provided with a coil 24; a case 22 for fixing the stator 25; a rotor 20 which is supported by the case 22 through a bearing 23; and an inner air temperature sensor 17 which is attached to an inner wall of the case 22 through an inner air temperature detection point support member 18 and measures a temperature of inner air 27 filling the case 22.
