PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of manufacture of an endless belt capable of improving workability of endless processing and attaining a high durable endless belt and provide a high durable endless belt.SOLUTION: This invention is a process of manufacture of an endless belt comprising the steps of: covering unvulcanized rubber sheet in which recesses adhered with adhering processing material formed between both ends of belt longitudinal direction of a belt surface rubber are covered by one or more layers of unvulcanized rubber sheet; and vulcanizing the unvulcanized rubber sheet and adhering it to the surface rubber. When it is assumed that a belt longitudinal distance between a belt longitudinal edge of an interface plane between the unvulcanized rubber sheet and the adhering processing material and a belt longitudinal edge of the recess is defined A, and a belt longitudinal distance between the belt longitudinal edge in an area adhered with the adhering processing material and the belt longitudinal edge of the recess is defined B, a relation of A<B is established. |
