PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for identifying, in a data driven manner, regulatory pathways over multiple layers on the basis of comprehensive data of metabolomes, phosphoproteomes and transcriptomes.SOLUTION: The intermolecular network estimation according to the present invention comprises: inputting metabolomic data as first input data; identifying a metabolite that shows a significant concentration change in the metabolomic data; assuming that a change in enzymatic activity causing the concentration change is induced by modification such as phosphorylation; and thus tracing back a causal relationship. Then, the estimation results of a metabolism controlling network, which mediates signaling from a stimulus, via a responsible modified enzyme and a boundary enzyme, to the metabolite, are output. |
