Provided is an occupant restraint apparatus for restraining an occupant on a seat from moving forwards in a vehicle collision. To achieve this, the occupant restraint apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a seat track which is arranged below the seat, which is joined to the bottom of a passenger compartment to be rotated, and of which the front has a sliding hole formed lengthwise from the front to the rear; a housing fixed to the bottom of the passenger compartment; and a lifter which is arranged on the housing to be vertically slid, which is inserted into the sliding hole to be slid back and forth along the sliding hole, and which protrudes from the housing shortly before the vehicle collision to lift the front of the seat track. |
