摘要 The present invention relates to a biodegradable complex filament for an acupuncture needle and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing the biodegradable complex filament for an acupuncture needle comprises the steps of: preparing a complex filament which are formed by twisting a plurality of biodegradable filaments with a diameter of 0.003 - 0.5 mm for 200-700 times per meter; compressing the complex filament with a pressure of 1 - 10 kg/cm on a table having the surface temperature of 70 - 150°C using a press machine for 0.2 - 3 seconds while cutting the complex filament by adding tension of 0.1 - 1 kgf from both sides. The present invention provides the biodegradable complex filament for an acupuncture needle which has sharp ends in order to be easily inserted into the acupuncture needle by placing the complex filament, in which homologous or heterogeneous filaments are combined, on a rack in which heat rays are buried on the floor and compressing from the upper side using the press machine while adding tension from both sides of the complex filament.
