摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system for a multiple dwelling house in which surplus power can be distributed to electric vehicles of dwelling units in the multiple dwelling house as fairly as possible by appropriately determining charge priorities within the multiple dwelling house.SOLUTION: A power management system 1 of a multiple dwelling house 2 is configured by installing a shared photovoltaic panel 31, a shared accumulator battery 32, a shared charging device 33 and a vehicle charging device 34 in the multiple dwelling house 2 constituted by collecting a plurality of dwelling units 21. A predictive surplus power amount per predetermined period is calculated by subtracting predictive power consumption in the multiple dwelling house 2 from a predictive total power amount based on a predictive photovoltaic power amount and a predictive accumulator battery power amount. In the case where the predictive surplus power amount is less than a total charging request amount from the dwelling units 21, in accordance with charging priorities determined for the dwelling units 21 from which charging requests have been received, a report of a chargeable state is started successively from the dwelling unit 21 of the highest priority.
