<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board which can achieve a more stable operation by inhibiting generation of unnecessary noise in a power supply circuit or a signal transmission circuit.SOLUTION: A printed circuit board mounts an LSI chip and has three and more layers of conductor sides including at least an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer and has a plurality of conductor vias, in which the conductor side in the upper layer is connected with the LSI chip and also connected with the conductor side in the lower layer arranged at an opposite position on the lower layer side via the plurality of conductor vias, and the conductor side in the middle layer is connected with the LSI chip via the conductor via, and the conductor side in the lower layer is connected with the conductor side in the upper layer via the conductor via. In the printed circuit board, the conductor side in the upper layer, the conductor vias and the conductor side in the lower layer connected by the conductor vias form a conductor frame, and the conductor side in the middle layer is arranged through the conductor frame, and dielectric resin fills between the conductor frame and the conductor side in the middle layer.</p> |
