PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector capable of realizing miniaturization and successfully maintaining an insertion property of a rubber plug.SOLUTION: A plurality of cavities 14 are arranged and formed on a housing 10 in a width direction, and a rubber plug insertion part 16 in which a rubber plug 40 is liquid-tightly inserted thereto, is formed on a rear part of the cavity 14. An opening cross-sectional shape of the rubber plug insertion part 16 is short in the width direction, is long a height direction and is a substantially oval. Guide surfaces 18 for guiding the rubber plug 40, are expanded to open, and are formed on an opening edge of the rubber plug insertion part 16 on the rear surface of the housing 10. Surfaces confronting in the width direction in guide surfaces 18 of the housing 10, are first guide surfaces 21 having a small angleθ1 of inclination with respect to an insertion direction of the rubber plug 40. Surfaces confronting in the height direction, are a second guide surface 22 having a large angleθ2 of inclination with respect to the insertion direction of the rubber plug 40. |
