An internal voltage generation circuit comprises: a reference voltage generation unit which determines a resistance value in accordance with a test signal and generates a upper limit reference voltage and a lower limit reference voltage in which a level is determined based on the resistance value; and an internal voltage generation unit for generating an internal voltage which is driven according to a level of the upper limit reference voltage and the lower limit reference voltage.
