The present invention comprises a water tank, which stores washing water; a washing unit, which supplies the washing water to a belt transferring fuel and raw materials and being returned and removes foreign materials remaining on the belt; a moisture removing unit, which is rotated when being in contact with the belt passing through the washing unit and removes the washing water from the belt; and a power transferring unit, which transfers the power of the moisture removing unit to the washing unit to operate the washing unit. |
