The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing light metal plates for cell phones. As to the method for manufacturing the light metal plates for the cell phones, the invention comprises a step of: 1) compressing the light metal plates; 2) cutting the light metal plate into the desired size; 3) forging the light metal plate into bottom and side parts; 4) heat-treating the forged plate; 5) piercing the bottom part of the forged plate; 6) cutting and processing the bottom part of the forged plate to reduce the thickness; 7) washing the forged plate; and 8) anodizing the forged plate. The invention is to manufacture the light metal plate with the high intensity, reduced thickness and weight.
