摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for predicting an energy use amount of power equipment which supplies energy to a building.SOLUTION: A system records an operational state of the equipment, an environment parameter of each sensor, and energy consumption amount data collected from a measuring instrument. All the collected data are stored in a database. An influence degree of the energy consumption amount is automatically selected by an equipment energy consumption model which is stored in the database, and the energy consumption amount and its time can be predicted. Accordingly, the optimum scheduling of the equipment for satisfying requirements of the minimization of the energy consumption amount and the minimization of a production procedure and a production period can be calculated. Furthermore, the update information of a status is recorded, and the parameter which influences the energy consumption amount of the equipment can be automatically selected on the basis of different building characteristics.
