<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of solving a problem caused by deleting document data that is being referred to by another image formation device.SOLUTION: An image formation device comprises: a communication unit 12 for transmitting/receiving data to/from other image formation devices 10b and 10c connected through a network 20; a referred management table 142 in which information on the other image formation devices 10b and 10c that are referring to document data stored in a document box 141 is registered as referred information; and a control unit 17 which determines whether or not deletion target document data whose deletion is instructed by deletion operation is being referred to by the other image formation devices 10b and 10c on the basis of the referred management table 142, and makes the communication unit 12 transmit the deletion target document data to the other image formation devices on the basis of referred information when the deletion target document data is being referred to by the other image formation devices 10b and 10c.</p> |
