PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer in which the lifetime of a fluorescent lamp tube is prolonged as long as that of LED and illumination effects and economical efficiency equal to or more than LED, EL are improved by reducing power consumption by half or further.SOLUTION: In order to reduce power consumption of a fluorescent lamp tube, regarding a high frequency voltage, a cathode is connected to one of electrodes in both ends of the fluorescent lamp tube and an anode is connected to the other electrode. In the case of multiple connections, a serial connection is provided. Since constant current control is performed on a current which flows in the fluorescent lamp tube, electrons can be discharged while defining a plurality of fluorescent lamp tubes as one fluorescent lamp tube by the serial connection. Electrons are discharged from an emitter terminal (electrode pole) within the fluorescent lamp tube by the high frequency voltage. The electron discharge is instantaneously initiated by the high frequency voltage which is controlled by the constant current control. A hot/cold system is added for applying the high frequency voltage to a programmed stabilizer and discharge of the fluorescent lamp tube is initiated by the high frequency voltage while performing the constant current control on a current change of a stabilizer coil, thereby reducing power consumption in initiation and significantly suppressing power consumption during lighting. |
