A muscular strength training guide system of the present invention comprises a muscular strength measuring unit attached to a part of the body of a user to measure a degree of muscular strength; a training terminal interlocked with the muscular strength measuring unit to display a motion state of the muscular strength measuring unit and the degree of muscular strength of the user in real time; and a training control unit driven on the training terminal, displaying the motion state and the degree of muscular strength transmitted from the muscular strength measuring unit, and outputting exercise guide messages according to situations. The muscular strength training system of the present invention can help the user to effectively and continuously do exercise by informing optimal exercise state and position during strength training of the user and outputting advice and messages for the user′s situation in real time. |
