The present invention relates to a reactive blue dye composition and a method for dyeing fibers using the same and, specifically, to a reactive blue dye composition which: has enhanced physicochemical properties of chlorinated water fastness and light fastness for fibers compared to a single dye compound by including compounds represented by chemical formula 1 and 2; has enhanced washing fastness and perspiration fastness compared to other conventional reactive dyes; and is especially useful to dye cellulose fibers.
