According to an embodiment of the present invention, a thermoelectric device comprises: a lower substrate; a first electrode laminated on the first electrode; a P-type material laminated on the first electrode; an N-type material laminated on the first electrode; a second electrode laminated on the P-type material and the N-type material; and an upper substrate laminated on the second electrode, wherein the lower substrate and the upper substrate include a carbon material.
