The present invention relates to a device for delivering a torque, which includes: a power supply means; a firs gear group which comprises a plurality of gear pairs, on which N pole and S pole permanent magnets are continuously alternately installed, and is continuously interconnected by the power supply means; a ring gear which is eccentrically vibrated by being connected by an eccentric connection means from the central axis of the final gear of the first gear group and has one permanent magnet, which is selected between N pole and S pole, over the inner periphery; an inscribed gear which is inscribed to the ring gear with a predetermined interval and has N pole and S pole permanent magnets at both ends, respectively; and a second gear group which comprises a plurality of gear pairs on which N pole and S pole permanent magnets are continuously and alternately installed so that a power from the axis of the inscribed gear can be delivered. The present invention can effectively increase a torque with a simple structure by delivering the torque from the output axis of the final gear of the second gear group to a power generator. |
