<p>A conversation method and apparatus, and a terminal are provided. The method may include: judging, by a first terminal, whether the local terminal has a call right when the first terminal detects a call operation for a second terminal; if the first terminal has the call right, sending, by the first terminal, a call request to the second terminal; judging, by the first terminal, whether a call response of the second terminal is received within first time after the sending of the call request; and if not receiving the call response of the second terminal within the first time after the sending of the call request, outputting, by the first terminal, prompt information that a call is not connected. Therefore, a responsive conversation can be implemented, so that not only can a user of a calling end know an actual reason of a call failure, but also long-time occupation of a communication resource can be avoided; moreover, a call right of the calling end is restricted, thereby avoiding call disturbance and improving intelligence of a conversation process.</p> |
