Provided is a method for determining whether to reuse pipe remnants, comprising a first process of fetching the status of each of pipe remnants from a pipe remnant status unit; a second process of determining whether each of the pipe remnants is smaller than a predetermined reference length; a third process of determining whether a retention period of each of the pipe remnants exceeds a reference period; a fourth process of determining whether a total length of each of the pipe remnants exceeds a predetermined length; a fifth process of determining whether the production price of each of the pipe remnants exceeds a reference cost; and a sixth process of determining whether to switch each of the pipe remnants to scrap by a person in charge individually. |
