A sensor information transmission device is provided with: a sensor information processing unit which operates using electric power stored in a power storage unit and processes sensor information acquired from a sensor; a transmission unit which operates using the electric power stored in the power storage unit and transmits the sensor information processed by the sensor information processing unit to another device; and a storage unit which stores data in a nonvolatile manner. When satisfying a save condition while processing the sensor information, the sensor information processing unit saves processing information being used in the processing of the sensor information and suspends the processing of the sensor information. When satisfying a return condition, the sensor information processing unit acquires the processing information saved in the storage unit and resumes the processing of the sensor information.
