The present invention relates to an air conditioner installation guide system and a utilization method thereof. The air conditioner installation guide system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a memory unit which stores the layout information of a building where air conditioners will be installed on; and a display unit which provides a user interface to determine the arrangement of the air conditioners. The display unit includes: an automatic arrangement display unit which recommends the number of indoor units to be installed based on the type of indoor units configuring the air conditioners and the load information of the rooms where the air conditioners will be installed on; and a layout display unit which displays the information of the indoor unit installation location and the layout information of the building based on the information selected in the automatic arrangement display unit.
