The present invention relates to a detachable type handle capable of easily transferring a cooking container which is uncomfortable to lift by one hand and thus is used by both hands, and more specifically, a detachable type handle which is simply operated in a one-touch manner due to a simple operation structure for detachment or attachment and to which heat is not conducted. For such, an operation plate with a caught protrusion is elastically supported by an elastic body between handle bodies which are separated from or coupled to each other in upper and lower directions, and is installed so as to rise and fall and coupled to a button body to which heat is not conducted. Therefore, when the button is pressed, the operation plate elastically supported by the elastic body is raised or lowered by a one-touch operation, and the caught protrusion is caught on a catching groove of the cooking container, thereby preventing the conduction of a heat source of the heated cooking container so that the handle is easily used. |
