PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data distribution server which can distribute image data to which a digital watermark corresponding to a rank of access right of a user is applied to a client terminal.SOLUTION: An image data distribution server 11 includes: image data generation means for generating a plurality of pieces of various image data obtained by individually imaging a plurality of pieces of various electronic information stored in the server; dividing means by ranks, which divides the access right of the individual users to image data by individual ranks in response to an authentication result to the users when the users request distribution of the image data; display form change means for applying a digital watermark corresponding to each rank of the access right divided by the dividing means by ranks to the image data so that it cannot be removed; and image data distribution means for distributing the plurality of pieces of various image data including the image data to which the digital watermark is applied to client terminals 12A to 12C.
