PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge that has a support target member supported by a housing such as an electrode member, and can fill the housing with a larger amount of developer while reducing the size thereof, and a manufacturing method of the cartridge.SOLUTION: In a developing cartridge 11 having a developing roller 15, a development frame 31 accommodating a toner inside is provided with a toner filling port 43 for filling the development frame with toner, and a stationary part 42 supporting a development electrode 63 electrically connected with the developing roller 15, and the stationary part has a communication port 46 communicating the inside and outside of the development frame 31 formed therethrough. The development frame 31 is filled with toner through the toner filling port 43, while an air in the development frame 31 is removed through the communication port 46. |
