PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric base for a sheet containing a liquid cosmetic capable of producing the sheet containing a liquid cosmetic, which has a tightened feeling, can satisfy a user's feeling of use, is easy to be stuck to skin, and can sufficiently move an active ingredient of the cosmetic to skin by sufficiently maintaining a state of sticking to skin.SOLUTION: A fabric base for a sheet containing a liquid cosmetic is composed of in a thickness direction: an area A having a hydrophilic fiber as a main body; an area B having a latent crimped fiber in which a crimp is actualized as a main body; and an area C having a hydrophilic fiber as a main body. The area A and the area C are present on a surface of a nonwoven fabric, and the area B is present in the interior of the nonwoven fabric. |
