PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem in a hand lifter that a construction in which body and lift tower are easily dismantled, assembled, transported and stored is complicated, requiring labor and unlikely to be simple construction and dismantling, assembling operation.SOLUTION: A hand lifter comprises a pair of right and left front wheels 2 on a shaft at a front end part of a body 1. Controllable caster wheels 4 are arranged at rear side. A lift tower 5 having sectional form which may be held by operator's arms stands on the center part of the body 1. A lift fork 7 is arranged on front side of a lift groove 6 on the lift tower 5 for guiding lifting/lowering. A battery 8 driving motor M for elevation of the lift fork 7 and a balance weight 9 are detachably loaded on rear side of the body 1. In a state where the battery 8 and the balance weight 9 are detached to reduce the weight of the body 1, the caster wheels 4 of the body 1 are raised around a front wheel shaft 3 and the lift tower 5 is turned down to slouching posture D so as to be transported. |
