摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a transparent electrode capable of achieving high light permeability, reduction in sheet resistance, and prolonged life under storage at high-temperature and high humidity; and an electronic device and an organic electroluminescent element which include the transparent electrode, are excellent in light permeability, and are capable of reducing a change of a rectification ratio under drive voltage and constant current.SOLUTION: A transparent electrode 1 comprises a conductive layer 1b and an interlayer 1a provided so as to adjoin the conductive layer 1b. The transparent electrode 1 has a light transmittance at a wavelength of 550 nm of 50% or more and a sheet resistance of 20 &OHgr;/square or less. The interlayer 1a contains an organic compound having, in the molecule, both a covalent bond site capable of forming a covalent bond with silver and a coordinate bond site capable of forming a coordinate bond with silver, and the conductive layer 1b contains silver as the main component.
