PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation inscription engagement type planetary gear device capable of setting a larger pitch circle diameter of an eccentric body shaft or setting a larger outer diameter of the eccentric body shaft gear without increasing a size of a casing.SOLUTION: This oscillation inscription engagement type planetary gear device 12 comprises an external gear (planetary gear) 30 oscillated by an eccentric body 48 provided at each of a plurality of eccentric body shafts 40, an internal gear 32, first and second flange members 44, 46 supported at a casing 50 (a connecting cover 51), and a distribution gear (an eccentric body shaft gear) 36 arranged at the eccentric body shaft 40 and installed inside the casing 50. The outer-most diameter d3 of the distribution gear 36 is larger than a minimum diameter r2 of an inner peripheral surface 51A opposing in a diametral direction against the second flange 46 of the casing 50, and the casing 50 is provided with a cavity 51B of larger inner diameter (the deepest distance r5) than the outer-most diameter d3 of the distribution gear 36 at an inner peripheral surface 51A opposing in a diametrical direction against the second flange member 46. |
