PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control, depending on a type of communication, whether a user terminal transmits a transmission object in a state, in which identification information received by a transmission destination is associated with the transmission object, or the user terminal transmits the transmission object in a state, in which identification information different from the identification information is associated with the transmission object, and a relay device changes the identification information.SOLUTION: A relay device 12 transmits rule information to a user terminal 16. The user terminal 16 transmits a transmission object to a relay device 12 by associating it with first identification information if communication is determined to be first type communication on the basis of the rule information, and by associating it with second identification information if the communication is determined to be second type communication. The relay device 12 transmits the transmission object to a server 14 without changing the first identification information if the communication is determined to be the first type communication on the basis of the rule information, and after changing to the first identification information if it is determined to be the second type communication. |
