PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that is able to appropriately distribute incoming calls depending on the history of reception states of users.SOLUTION: A PBX 101 (private branch exchange) capable of communicating with telephones stores the history of reception states of operators (previous state 606), and when there is an incoming call to the PBX 101, the PBX 101 extracts an operator who will handle the incoming call on the basis of the stored history. Then, it transfers the incoming call to the telephone of the extracted operator. This enables performing call distribution taking the reception history of operators into consideration. |
