a plurality of block pieces formed in a shape for retaining a battery, wherein the plurality of block pieces are arranged, and at least one of the two block pieces that are adjacent to each other, among the plurality of block pieces, includes a convex part, and a concave part having an outer peripheral face which is more recessed than an outer peripheral part of the convex part, wherein the convex part is coupled to the other one of the two block pieces that are adjacent to each other, and a circulation space for circulating a medium is provided between the concave part and the other one of the two block pieces.
