A semiconductor storage device according to the present invention is provided with: at least one memory among a primary memory (3), a mirror memory (4) in which data corresponding to data stored in the primary memory (3) is stored, and a buffer memory (5); and a control unit (2) which controls the at least one memory, stores data in the at least one memory, and reads data from the at least one memory. |
