<p>The present invention provides a polyamide composite hot water pipe and an application thereof in a heat meter. The present invention aims to solve the following technical problems: currently, a copper tube is generally used in a water conveying pipeline of a conventional heat meter, but copper tubes have the following defects: firstly, the manufacturing cost is high; secondly, the heat loss is high; and thirdly, copper ions are highly likely to be separated out frequently in a high-temperature environment and then adhere to the inner wall of a tube, so that scale is generated and water conveying is affected. Key points of the present inventions are as follows: 67% of PA66 and the balance of PPS are mixed and then molded in a die-casting manner. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: advantages of the two materials of PA66 and PPS are combined, and the polyamide composite hot water pipe has the characteristics of high strength, high temperature resistance, no pollution, no scale and low heat loss, so that the polyamide composite hot water pipe is very suitable for replacing the copper tube in the heat meter.</p> |
