A railroad vehicle control device according to an embodiment is a vehicle control device housed in a housing and mounted on a railroad vehicle. The vehicle control device includes an antenna device installed on any of outer peripheral faces of the housing. A wireless router device transmits, via the antenna device and a local wireless communication network, collected operation data of the vehicle control device to a gateway router that can transmit the operation data to an external server via a public wireless communication network.
