摘要 Electrolysis is a method occurring a chemical reaction generally used at a factory and/or home. Proceeding a chemical reaction through electrolysis is environmentally friendly. Electrolysis is very safe to apply to the human body in a view that electron (electric energy) instead of chemicals is used in converting harmful chemicals into useful and less harmful chemicals. According to the principles that the amount of chemicals produced by electrolysis is proportional to the amount of electricity applied to the container, (1) a permanent magnet is installed in an electrolysis device to increase the electrolysis efficiency of water and to produce oxygen and hydrogen, (2) produced oxygen is supplied to indoor, and produced hydrogen is supplied to a hydrogen suction inlet (1-8) of a fuel cell so as to occur a chemical reaction with oxygen, utilize the electricity and increase the oxygen production efficiency, and (3) when the oxygen concentration in an indoor space detected by an oxygen sensor becomes a predetermined concentration or more, the electrolysis device of water is stopped or the oxygen production is reduced so as to prevent the oxygen concentration from increasing.
