The present invention relates to a fastening clip (10) for fastening components to a carrier (24) and, specially, for a lining component (26) to a main body sheet. The fastening clip includes anchor ring member (12) and a locking member (16). The anchor ring member is inserted into an opening unit (22) of the carrier (24) and includes latching taps (38). The latching taps is arranged for an edge of the opening unit (22) in a latching position and is latched on the edge of the opening unit. The locking member can cooperate with the components, is extended through the anchor ring member (12), can be displaced for the components and the anchor ring member between the mounting position and the locking position, and fixes the locking taps (38) on the position of the latching position in the locking position. Holding members (40) are provided on the anchor ring member (12). When the locking member (16) is moved from the locking position to the mounting position, the locking member (16) compresses the holding members (40) to a holding position along a radial direction. The holding members are combined with the edge of the opening unit (22) in the holding position. |
